At O'NEILL, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
